Introducing: the minion

Evil Space RatCat's minion that is. He's a mutated dust bunny that was an non-mutated dust bunny in Space RC's laboratory when one day an experimental substance accidentally fell on him causing him to mutate.

Because he didn't really know what to do with his knew found awareness of being alive (he didn't really experience any consciousness before he was mutated, he was only a dust bunny after all), he just followed Evil Space RC around. Evilly pretends to be uncaring and evil and grumpy, but I know he cares. I found this picture of the two of them:
What do you think of the minion?

Until next time!

CaveRatCat

Also known as the prehistoric RatCat:

As you can see the CaveRatCat has much larger teeth and a bushier tail than the modern day RatCat. He also has a weird forehead. It is very well possible that the prehistoric RC lived in harmony with mammoths, but I'm still studying rock paintings. Since the CaveRatCat is a recent discovery there is not much more to tell at this point.

Until next time!

RatCat and the Fairy Princess Mammoth: How they met.

Here it is, finally: the story of the first ever meeting between RatCat and the Fairy Princess Mammoth. It's a bit sappy maybe, but two unloved creatures finding each other and forming a friendship based on acceptance and love can't be anything but at least a little sappy! I hope you enjoy:

It all started when the Fairy Princess Mammoth was running away from some bullies:
"the Fairy Princess Mammoth was running away from bullies who'd made fun of his awesome outfit"
"He sat down in an alley to wipe away his tears, unaware of the little creature that lived in said alley"

"RatCat, who hadn't always been treated nicely himself, stared at this tutu wearing Mammoth that had just sat down in his alley. The Fairy Princess Mammoth, finally noticing RatCat, was startled by his presence"
"Princess Mammoth stared at RatCat in a socially awkward manner as he began to smile. RatCat had an idea."

"RatCat climbed the ladder as the Fairy Princess Mammoth followed him with his eyes, unsure what would happen"
"Out he pulled a shiny tiara!"
"Overwhelmed with feelings of acceptance he held RatCat in his trunk and cried a few happy tears. RatCat felt happy too. He'd never gotten a hug before (kittens sleeping on your head doesn't really count as a hug)."

So there you have it. The story of how these two met. The FPM started visiting RatCat more and more after they met. He also became very close with the litter of colorful kittens, who liked sleeping on him. It will be a little while before they meet Lucy von Fledermaus.

Let me know what you thought. Until next time!

RatCat Viking and Moose

A long time ago Vikings did their thing. Roaming around, exploring, pillaging, and making awesome boats. While there is no archaeological evidence to support it, I would like to think somewhere out there was a RatCat viking. Not so much pillaging, since RatCat is generally a peaceful little fellow, but exploring and boldly going where no RatCat had gone before.

Here he stands with his home-made shield and dashing helmet. And of course a great RatCat viking needs a noble steed to carry him around unknown lands:

I wonder what wondrous adventures these two had together during the Viking Age...We can only imagine.

I hope you enjoyed the RatCat Viking and his moose.

Until next time!
