This is RatCat.

Fairy Princess Mammoth

FPM and RatCat met when FPM was running away from bullies. RatCat, no stranger to mean and narrow-minded people himself, felt FPM could use a friend.

Lucy von Fledermaus

 
This is Lucy. She's a vampire and lives in a castle together with Count Slugula.

Colorful litter of kittens

Not much is know about these little kittens. How many are there? How many different colors? What kind of cat are they supposed to be? All we really know is that they were thrown out of the window of what is some sort of shady laboratory, landed on RatCat's head and stayed with him in his alley ever since.

Evil Space RatCat

The name says it all really. He is evil. He is from space. He is some sort of relative of RatCat (Good Earth RatCat). He can't stand happy and colorful things and he seems to be allergic to the colorful kittens.However he has a weakness for fluffy pink things and he hides a pink fluffy creature (possibly a Tribble) under his bed.

Evil Space RatCat's minion
Once he was a dust-bunny living in a dusty corner of Evil Space RatCat's evil space laboratory. One day a drop of an unknown chemical (something evil no doubt) fell on his little dust-bunny head and he was transformed into the minion he is today. 

Nerdy Beaver and Family

Count Slugula
A grumpy vampire slug with a tragic past. He lives in a small tower in Lucy von Fledermaus's castle.
